- Handle customer inquiries and complaints about service and sales via phone, email and chat channels.
- Answering incoming calls and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Registering sales leads and service requests.
- Handle customer complaints as per JCI policy.
- Providing customers with accurate and useful information.
- Follow up on open customer cases and ensure that they are resolved.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with a cumulative grade point average (good/75%/C) or higher.
- At least one year of experience in a call center environment.
- Strong problem solving and communication skills.
- He speaks Arabic and English fluently.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices.
