Employment training at Arab National Bank
The Arab National Bank has announced the opening of applications for the Tuwaiq Program for Future Leaders for the year 2022, which ends with recruitment in leadership positions, for bachelor’s and master’s holders in various disciplines, according to the following details:
Program name:
Tuwaiq Program for Future Leaders 2022.
Program Goals :
- Employment of trainees in (leadership positions) within the Arab National Bank after the completion of the training.
- Providing aspiring candidates with the tools and skills needed to understand the business.
- Enabling graduates to develop their personal and professional skills.
- Interactive practical training with trainers and experts in many fields with the aim of refining the skills of graduates.
- Training and hiring talented and highly motivated graduates from the leading universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abroad.
note :
- Over the course of ten months, graduates will have the opportunity to participate in a distinguished educational journey to help them develop themselves to become part of (Arab National Bank employees) and prepare them to be (future leaders).
The content and stages of the Tuwaiq Program for Future Leaders :
- Banking skills workshops.
- Personal skills workshops.
- Training in the bank's business sectors.
- Participation experience with PricewaterhouseCoopers International PwC.
- A virtual reality and simulation experience.
- Presentation of the graduation project.
the conditions :
- The applicant must be a Saudi national.
- The applicant must have a bachelor’s or master’s degree from local or foreign universities in the following disciplines:
- (Business Administration - Finance - Accounting - Finance and Investment - Banking Management - Industrial Engineering).
- The year of graduation from a university or a master’s degree should be 2021-2022.
- The graduation rate should be 3.75/5 or 2.5/4.
- Passing assessment tests and personal interviews.
- The applicant's English level should be excellent in writing, speaking and listening.

- 10 months (ends with employment).
